I Have  Gateway with Windows 7 Model DX4840 Ie cpu

550 @ 3.20 GHz

Installed Memory RAM 8.00 GB

64 bit operating system

My Firewall state is as follows:

-ON

-Block all connections to programs that are not on the list of allowed programs.

Do I need to change a setting on my Firewall?

Please advise.

Thanks.

RockNKris yes absolutely you will want to allow Adobe applications to communicate.  Please see Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html for additional information on how to configure your network.  You will want to follow the discussions for a managed network if you would like additional guidance on how to configure your software firewall.
