I am getting the "you have been signed out" message when I try to sign in to adobe cloud

I am getting the "you have been signed out" message when I try to sign in to adobe  cloud.

It started to happen after an update.

Same if I try to access Adobe Exchange from PS CC.

Getting the message: sorry, we are unable to log you in.

Can you help ?
