I am having issues w my Creative Cloud will not download all programs.

     My Adobe Cloud has let me download three programs now it will not allow any more it is currently my Illustrator download I am having issues with it qiuits at 50-51% then will not download I have tried on multiple occasions now.  I am very frustrated I am a college student and bought Creative Cloud to do my homework on, but now if it does not work I do not get things done on time!  Not happy
