I am having problems, charging rental fees for the Adobe Cloud program, much faster.

2019-05-12 Collect program rental fees, and Later 2019-05-25 ?.......Is it too fast ?,   With 13 days

Hi  Satapornc,

If you have a plan you pay monthly, you should only be charged once per month. Since you have been charged twice in two weeks, I  recommend you sign into your Adobe Account to see if the second charge appears. It is possible it could be for something other than your subscription, such as an Adobe Stock purchase.

If, after checking your account, you discover that the second charge is a double billing or other error, Contact Customer Care and ask them to help you straighten out the issue.
