i am having problems down loading a product i bought and need help please

I bought acrobat standard 11 order # [removed] and downloaded it and installed Akami download manager and installed it. But what happens next?

    Installed the Akamai Download Manager or the Adobe Download Assistant?  Did it download Acrobat as well?

    If yes, what is the downloaded file name?

    If not, download the trial version from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=acrobat_pro&loc=us and use your serial number during the installation.
