I am having problems installing CS2 from the downloaded files

I have an old version of creative suite. I have a new computer and cannot install the program on my new computer. It will download the files but will not activate. I get an error message that says the product has already been activated. I have downloaded the files from your Adobe.com web site and still cannot install or activate??

‌I have done that. When I try to install after download, I now get a message stating

""installer cannot start because of the following reasons:

Missing or invalid personalization information

Missing resources library"

what now???
