I am nearly in tears. About three weeks ago my hard drive died. I have a new hard drive and am wishing to install my CS2 Premium, which perfectly serves my needs. The disks no longer work with the original activation number so you are directed to the online downloads...the online downloads are impossible to use, giving me messages about folders with incorrect characters, wanting disks that are not in existence to be installed, and it only installs part of the product...not even the premium version that I own. I realize this is an older version, but I cannot afford to buy a new cloud subscription version right now and would LOVE to use the product I own that has served me well. I am so very tired of installing and uninstalling software today, I am about at my wits end!  HELP ME!  Windows 7 operating system; IE 11 and Firefox browsers available, 1 T hard drive and 4 GB RAM.  The machine can handle the software...Adobe please don't abandon me just because I cannot afford to continually update the software!  HELP ME PLEASE!

Yep, that is where I’ve been directed. A previous poster suggested downloading them one by one, and maybe that will be a solution. Just such a shame that I don’t get the benefit of all the software I’d purchased, regardless of its age. Thanks for the response.

Don't quit yet. There are still options and workarounds for the (apparently) limited cases (such as yours) where the install fails.

Have you tried Re: installing creative suite 2

That is a good idea, considering what is available. Just a shame to lose the opportunity to use the rest of my software...   Thank you for answering.
