I am not able to install Lightroom Classic

Hello, I am trying to install Lightroom Classic, but when I do it the program got stoke in 44% and did not pass from that %, I tried to install Creative Cloud as Administrator, Restarted the Computer, also I tried to check my Wifi connection and I still having the same problem. Please help me.

Which operating system do you use?

Do you get an error message?
