I am on a mac running Yosemite os. I am trying to download a trial version of photoshop cc. I clicked on the installer and it installedl the hard drive icon on my desk top. I click on the installer icon on my desk top and it seem to be working but the little circle that usually means it is download just keeps going around. I waited for about 10 minutes but it was still going around. I then uninstalled the cc app the folders for the cc apps are now gone from my main app folder but I still have the cc app icon on the top of computer screen. When I click on the cc app on the top of my computer screen this box opens up and the circle is still going around. I have restarted my computer but that did not work. Please help! Paul
