I am receiving a 205 error when trying to install the CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe. What should I do now?

I have tried all means, but this error message every time.
Removing following folders don´t help me
- C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdateInventory
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\AdobeApplicationManager
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
- C:\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater
- C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater
- C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
And the Cleaner Tool, does not help the problems.
I am now able to use any of the CC applications, of which I paid for.
What should I do now?
