I am receiving a code 50 error; how can I solve the problem

When downloading the CCAplication at the moment when downloading changes to installation I get the Code 50 error. What can I do?

Ich danke für Deine Belehrung ("redundant post"), aber ich bin neu im Forum und hatte den Tunnelblick (stundenlang die Lösung gesucht...)

Das Problem wurde gelöst. Es war ein Treiber-Problem. Bei einem anderen Post habe ich folgende Info gefunden:

Lösungsweg: (bei WIN7/Ult.) = WINDOWS (C:)/Programme/Common Files/Adobe/...den Ordner OOBE in OOBE_old umbenennen.

Nach Browswe-Neustart lief die Installation einwandfrei.
