I am receiving an Error: 1 message every time I try to reinstall creative cloud.

I have tried the three "Failed to Install" solutions adobe provided  and nothing has worked. I also believe that some plug-ins are missing for the adobe applications. Any suggestions?

When you try to install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application, you receive the error "Creative Cloud Desktop Failed to Install", "Error Code 1" or "Error code: 50". Try the following solutions to resolve the issue.

"Failed to install" | Creative Cloud Desktop

If you’re currently using plugins for certain Adobe apps, you may wish to retain the previous version until the plugin has been updated for CC 2015. Please check with the plug-in provider to see if they have released a CC 2015 version.
