I am reinstalling Photoshop Elements 7 on my computer after my hard drive died. I found a download page on adobe's website for the software and installed. Install went fine but when I entered the serial number I received from my original e-bay purchase the software said it wasn't valid.

It is possible you are using the wrong number. Check your Adobe account online to see if the serial number is registered there

No, I am using the serial number from the original e-mail that I received when I bought the software. I don't think I ever registered the serial number, how would I check?
