I am trying to access updates for Creative Suite CS6 but the download page does not work

What is the matter with the Download page for an update to Audition CS6  also have the same problem with the Download Page for an update to Premiere Pro CS6

this is driving me crazy.

I have signed in but no joy after numerous attempts to download the Updates.

I have tried everything including deleting the cookies and refreshing the page.

What a mess adobe.

    Are you using the downloads from this page?

    Product updates - Adobe

    Try using a different web browser.

    Yes Steve I am using the above page and here is the message I am receiving   "The Update Server is not Responding. The Server might be offline temporarily,or the internet or firewall settings may be incorrect."

    I have tried a different browser and also a different Pc all to no avail.   I have contacted my internet service provider and there is no problem there. I am baffled as to why I cannot download the required downloads. Any help would be most appreciated.   The Introduction of  Creative Cloud has really messed up the Download Updates for Creative Suite CS6  Production Premium.
