I am trying to dowload Acrobat XI Pro and I get Acrobat Trial has expired

I am trying to instal Acrobat XI Pro and I get Acrobat XI Trial has expired.  When I go into Trial to expand it asks for more money and I already have Teacher Student membership

Hi there,Request you to please close all the cloud applications, launch / open any one application of the cloud or in this context Adobe acrobat pro.After you launch the product, please click on " License the software" and then enter your adobe ID ( which may be your email address registered with Adobe or your customer ID number ) and password and it will work fine.
