I am trying to download Adobe Photoshop and Premiere elements 2021

I am trying to download the Adobe photoshop and premiere elements 2021 from a disk onto my computer and i keep getting the Error code 87: Another installer is already running. I do what the instructions say but I do not see the MSI installer that is causing the problem. Can someone help me please?

In the first step you should restart your computer and then try again.

If this doesn't help press the keys Ctrl, Alt and Del together to open the task manager. Then goto Processes > Find and close all instances of windows installer.exe. Then try again.

 

BTW: You must be logged in on your computer as an Administrator or an user with Admin rights.
