    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details such as what browser you use.

    Thanks for the response Mylenium, I have Windows 8 - and I use internet explorer as my browser.

    I managed to download Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Win but now I cannot edit documents in PDF??????????????????????????? Which was the point of buying the software! XXXK!

    You would get much quicker help if you'd be more specific; "cannot edit" is so vague that it doesn't tell us anything!

    • what exactly do you want to do?
    • how are you going about it?
    • what happens when you try?
    • you are sure you are using the newly installed Acrobat XI Pro, and not Adobe/Acrobat Reader to edit?
    • also, if you want to edit text in a scanned document (image), you need to perform text recognition (OCR) first before you can alter any text.

    What is "Adobe Pro": Flash Pro, Photoshop Pro, Premiere Pro, Acrobat Pro, ...?

    It is Adobe Acrobat XI Pro 11 Win - is electronic software download delivery. I received a product key license and instructions to download to my PC.

    The software started to download (I got to 80 percent download complete) and then it came up with an error message.

    I have restarted my PC and tried to re-download (it did not work), it never gets to 100 percent complete download. I do not know what the problem is?

    I spent $649 on this software today in DickSmith, I am upset that it will not download.
