I am trying to download updates in Creative Suite software and keep getting message that bridge.exe is open. I cannot find where....

    Open Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, and then clicking Start Task Manager.

    Select Processes Tab.

    Click on Show Processes from All Users.

    Check for Bridge.exe under Image name.

    If you find Bridge.exe then select the process and click on End Process.
