i am trying to install cs6 but it says some files might be missing i downloaded for 5 hours

hello I have cs6 design & web premium I am trying to install in my new computer but for some reason it was not reading the disk. I did the whole downloading for 5 hours from adobe.com now that I click set up it says it cannot because some files might be missing.. how do I know what is missing or what to do?

hello I have an hp pavilion touchsmart notebook pc it is windows 8.1 I downloaded the cs6 design and web premium from adobe.com the download lasted 5 hours
