I am trying to update my Lightroom from version 4 to 6. I have payed that update and received the serial number. When I put it in the field I got "please connect the support"

    Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details, including the exact error message. I can't quite make sense of your paraphrased one...

    OK, sorry, but my English is not so good.

    I try to go step by step.

    First I downloaded the program Lightroom version 6. Then I started the installation. I got to the field, where to put in the serial number. I did it and received the message " the serial number could not be prooved, please connect the support.

    My system: Windows 7 Home Premium
