I am trying to UpGrade from InDesign 5 to 5.5 for a project. The UpGrade from Adobe isn't working. Help!

    If you already purchased  the upgrade, you can try downloading from here and entering in the old and new serial numbers.

    Thanks Patty! I downloaded the CS5.5 Design Standard from your link. When I tried to open it I got the message below. I am running C5 on a MacBook Pro ... MacOS 10.7.5.

    Help again please? I'm really stuck and have a huge project I have to start tomorrow! YIKES!

    Did you double-click the dmg file that was downloaded to initiate installation?

    You can try a direct download from here instead:  Download Adobe CS5.5 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant / Manager) | ProDesignTools and activate with your serial number. Please be sure to follow all steps carefully.

    You can also see this link and a solution that worked for one user: Re: Creative Suite CS5.5 re-install error: Install can't be opened. You should eject the disk image.
