As you have initiated a request for the Adobe Cloud subscription cancellation, I assume you are referring to the individual subscriptions registered for the creative cloud?
We have looked into your account information and found that you got one individual subscription of Photoshop and another on is Photography Plan. Also, you have managed to cancel the Photography Plan as well.
So for now, there is only one active subscription for Adobe Photoshop. Are you willing to cancel that subscription too?
