I am unable to download Illustrator CS trial for a month now.

I have a fairly okay Broadband with 2 MBPS speed but creative cloud just shows progress as 0%. No error code.

2 Mbps is very slow; downloading the Creative Suite may take a long time!

But try downloading the offline installers from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html - that should at least get you somewhere.

Make sure you follow the Very Important Instructions on that page.
