I am unable to download Photoshop CS6 which I purchased/rented today through Creative Cloud

After 5 attempts I have been unable to successfully download Photoshop CS6 which I purchased today via Creative Cloud. I have a Mac and got tech support up to the point of the download. We signed off as it seemed to have

successfully started loading but it never completes, I get a pop up telling me to close other applications that are not open, or I get stalled with a "waiting" message, now it's trying to download Photoshop CC which Is not what

I wanted.  I just need Photoshop CS6  and I have a deadline, so this is not helping that there is no support and no one to contact at this hour.

    Nobody can help you without proper technical info like what Mac exactly and what version of OSX and also the exact text of the errors and warnings. Just saying that it doesn't work is not good enough.
