I don't know how you have configured YOUR computer, but on my computer with Win10 a small box that says (something like) TAP HERE TO SELECT WHAT TO DO pops up on the right side for a few seconds... do you see that when you insert a disc?

    OR

Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339 may help

-includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive

    -Cloud desktop http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-desktop.html

    -Cloud Getting Started https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud.html

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

-or kglad links in reply #1 here https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2081216 may help

I do not understand the instructions.I need clear directions in plain

English. It says "copy CD contents to desktop directory." I have no idea

how to do this. I don't even know what a desktop directory is. May I phone

somebody? Otherwise my Lightroom CD is useless to me, and I would not be

inclined to ever buy any of your products. HELP!!
