I am unable to update Adobe products. (photshop/lightroom) due to issue with creative cloud app

I have automatic updates for my apps. However starting arecent upgrade the creative cloud app no longer works. When opening it just opens a white window. More over, When I start my computer, the background application notifies me I have available updates but those up[dates are never done. If I click on the notification it tries to open the creative cloud app but again a white window. 

 

I tried doing the windows > programs > fix but no changes. I tied reinstalling it , still no changes

 

In lightroom cc or PS > Help > updates > Again the white window

 

How can I fix it so I can update my products?
