I am working with an adobe pdf on both my home computer and on a computer at my city library. I have paid $29.99 to adobe to have adobe capability. My home computer operates with Windows Vista. The city library uses pc's that have much swifter software. I am attempting to mark "Accepted" one by one for a large number of suggestions that a proofreader has made on my book pdf. When I bring up the adobe pdf at the library, if I click on "comments" an "annotations" button comes up that immediately allows me to mark "Approved" for the correction the proofer made. When I take the flashdrive home, and click on the very same comments button, under "annotations" only the possiblility of adding a message comes up. Is there some way, with my $29.99 adobe membership that I can use the expanded "annotations" choice, or should I just plan to keep returning to the city library and use one of their computers?
