Adobe had a subscription offer for previous owners of CS. After I bought the new subscription, it only let me download the trial versions of the apps I need (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign...). What should I do for downloading the apps?

Hi evensys,

I understand that you have bought CC subscription and you are getting trial issues with it. Please refer the below links.

Download CC Desktop app: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial

Creative cloud Trial issue: Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

Please make sure that you have assigned the license to yourself and you are signing in to the CC Desktop app with the correct email id.

Please let me know if further assistance is required.
