I bought a license for Adobe photoshope elements 12 and Adobe premiere elements 12, and intended to instal l them one at a time. I installed the photoshop, then restarted my computer.
Now I cannot get past the window asking for the purchase download card code, altthought I have the serial number copied down elsewhere.
