I bought a new student license and updated everything, even my account. I can not use it, and i don't know what's wrong.

    Hi Alindaf49723322,

Have you checked your account to make sure the subscription is showing as current? Sign in - Adobe ID—enter the e-mail and password associated with your purchase, and then check "Plans & Products".

If your plan is showing up as expected, did you install the Creative Cloud desktop app? Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services,

Once the desktop app is installed, try the following steps:

    1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app by clicking the icon in the task bar (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
    2. Click the gear icon at the upper right of the desktop app window.
    3. Select "Check for App updates". This will refresh your connection to Adobe and confirm your activations.

If this does not solve your issue, please post a reply to this discussion.

    Best,
