I bought a plan, I paid but it does not show up?

I bought premiere pro university plan which uses admin console, I can't use premiere and I can't find my plan in my account. But adobe got the fee from my credit card. What should I do?

Edit: I found how to activate premiere pro, I bought the version for teams which uses admin console but I don't want this package. I want to change it to student version. I can't see it in my presonal account. What to do?

This user-to-user forum cannot help you revert from a Team plan to a Student plan. Too many restrictions apply You need to talk to a customer care agent and maybe persuade them to cancel & waive the early cancellation fee from your Team plan before you subscribe to a student plan.
