I bought adobe after effects and didn't get it

I bought adobe after effects, my bank authorized payment, i downloaded creative cloud but there's nothing.
Please help

So i bought the program but instead of download i have option to buy it again.

I dont see any active subscription under the ID that you have used to sign in to the forums. Did you use a different ID for purchase? One which email ID did you get the purchase confirmation? Please ensure that you sign in with correct ID to use the benefits.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

Thank you for that, the thing is that i just don't have program, when i logged into creative cloud and if i would want to download ae i need to buy it once more, even when i want to start free trial. Just like i bought a program but eventually i didn't.

Sorry to hear about the issue.

 

Were you able to install After Effects? What happens when you try to use After Effects? Does it start as a trial? I'd recommend reaching out to us via chat or phone to get it sorted quickly.

Hi i contacted Adobe support, they told me that they cannot track the order, and recommended to speak to my bank. Bank told me that i should wait for 2-3 days to make sure that payment was accepted and I will either get a program or refund.
