I read Adobe's e-mail and I read it:

"Try free for 30 days all new versions of Creative desktop app that simplify and accelerate everyday tasks while supporting hardware technology and the most advanced standards"

Maybe after 30 days, if I like CC App, they will send me the activation code?

I hope not!! I paid for it already so I prefer to have it activated as soon as possible to avoid problems.

Hi Giacomo,

I haven't received a serial through email (yet) either. Photoshop seems to work without the 30 day notice but with LR I still get the notice!

Hi Giacomo,

Also you can follow the article: Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC which will help you to fix your activation issues with Creative Cloud.

Let us know if it works or not.

Thanks,

Ratandeep Arora
