I bought "Creative Cloud single-app membership for Acrobat Pro (one-year)" but my account still in trial mode

I did trial with Acrobat Writer 2 - 3 before then i decide to buy .Once i check in my account .No have any product for me and on my PC still have the trial version for Writer and Formscentral .It seem like my account not update .

I would like to refund my money back .It seem like i got cheated my usage date .I bought the month to month .Right now almost a week but i have to find out the solution by myself .Actually it is not my fault .I tried to contact to call center but it always lost the phone connection.My case number is 186321788 .They said they will called back to me when it lost connection.Right now nobody call back to me. How come!! I didn't pending payment with them but why they didn't allow me to use full version.  Every time i would like to use the option in formscentral .It asked me to upgrade .... I'm already bought it .I have to upgrade again????????I have to paid again ?????????   OK I click upgrade.it go to acrobat page for log in .Once i log in and go to edit the option in formscentral .It asked me to upgrade again again again and againaaaaaaaaaa What ? Hey give me my money back.I bought it for what if it can use only trial version..
