I bought creative suite for web design, I have a serial number but it wont let me re download to my computer.

    Went there downloaded the two files for a PC and then when I try to open it to install I get this message " The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Design Web Premium is missing . You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Design Web Premium. Please download all parts."

    Hi,

    Please download both the files listed there in the same folder.

    Run the smaller file (1 Mb) file to extract the set up files.

    Extract the files to your desktop and then try to install it.
