I Bought CS6 October 2013, and then downed it( je l'ai téléchargé ), but I now only try installing it. I can't manage to do it. I begin to do it, but i can't find any way to continute. Help please, please!!

I Bought CS6 in October 2013, and then downed it ( je l'ai téléchargé ) in 2014, but, for personal reasons I  only now try installing it. I can't manage to do it. I begin to do it, but I can't find any way to continute. Please, could you help me?

   I have got Windows 8.1. There is a greyish icon indicating a file for CS.
