I paid for my upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2023 and haven't been able to download it. I hav the order number.

Where have you been going to when attmping to download it and what happns when you try?

do you have your serial number?  (don't make it public).

 

if so, you can download a free trial, https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html

 

and activate it with your serial number
