I bought one year of CC (english for mac) but it keeps saying it's a trial

I bought a license through a party that offers software for teachers and students (i'm a teacher) but they do not offer support.

Can anybody help me?

turns out I received a serial number with digits and letters, but adobe demands a code with only numbers...

i've mailed the seller for an explanation
