i bought photo shop premere elements 13 from walmart via digital download but cant get it to download can i download the trial page and just put in the key i have from my purchase

    Sure ,. You can enter serial number during installation process and activate the application as Full version.

    After downloading from the link above and installing, if it turns out you have a  redemption code instead of a serial number, please see this link: Redemption Code Help


    If you bought the software  from a store , then you may have received a redemption code rather than a serial number. Redemption codes are  used only once to acquire the serial number for your software. https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/redemption-code-help.html
