Question

I bought Photography, now Photoshop is still showing as a Trial in my CC panel

My trial of Photoshop expired, I just bought it in the Photography pack but now my CC panel still shows it as a Trial with 'Try' next to it. Shouldnt I be able to download a full copy seeing as I've just purchased it?

I tried quitting CC and reopening but no luck.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Hi Sam,

Please refer to the help document below to fix the trial error:

Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CCM

You may also try to check your host file for any Adobe blocked entries.

WIN:  Windows 7 - Edit the Hosts File

MAC: How to Edit the Hosts File on Mac OS X • TekRevue

In case there are any blocked Adobe entries, please delete them and then save the file.
