I bought the Adobe Acrobat Pro on Disc, then realized my new laptop doesn't have a CD drive. Can I just download it with my serial number or do I have to send it back?

I bought a new laptop after mine was stolen. I also purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro on Disc. I then realized my new steady state laptop doesn't have a CD drive... Can I download the software with my serial number or do I have to send it back and purchase the downloadable version?
