I bought the creative cloud and cannot use it

I was running a free trail of the creative cloud. I used it for a month and it expired. Yesterday I decided to purchase the creative cloud and I used a different adobe ID to purchase it. Now everytime I try downloading programs it says my trail is expired even though I purchased it and it giives me the option of buying the program and when I click on buy it tells me I have already purchased the creative cloud

If you are getting a trial expired message while launching CC apps, try the following:

Since you have purchased the subscription under different ID, Sign out from the Creative cloud

To sign out:

1. click on the gear icon on the top right corner of it,

2. click on Preferences,

3. click on Accounts,

4. click on sign out from creative cloud.

Then, sign in back with the new email ID under which you have purchased the subscription.

After that, Launch any CC app and check if it works.
