I Bought the software but my License Number is Not Received

I have a monthly plan, I installed the software on a computer but the other doesn´t automatically register the launch creative cloud , I haven´t received the mail. Help me. Thank you so much.

I have this same problem where I paid for the monthly service and it is asking me for a license number every time I launch it -- and I'm signed in.

As Rick said, there are no serial numbers. Install the Creative Cloud app and sign in, then install AE from there.

There is no license number. The Creative Cloud is licensed through your Adobe ID.
