I can not activate my plan on a second computer

Hi everybody,

  • I am your subscriber (photographic plan) (photo 1).
  • Recently I bought a laptop

          (win10-64 bit-12ram memory-256 SSD- ryzen5) and

          tried to install Ps 2021 and LRc through my Adobe Account.

  • I chose download Photoshop (photo 2).
  • Unfortunately, after many many attempts, I did not succeed, because the PS was not downloaded and -waiting loooong time- i was taking these pictures (photo 3-4-5-6-7-8-9) and unfortunately, I give up my attempt without result (photo 10).

 

Please help me solve this problem by driving me properly ....

Dear John,I'm sorry, I'm new to the community and I did not know it. I believe that I did not offend any member. My knowledge is relatively poor and I seek help from anyone who has the goodness. I'm disappointed and I do not know what to do ... In the end (if the problem is not solved) I may (I say maybe) download the PS from a third party but then I will not have upgrades ...

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

Dear  Kglad, thank you for your answer,

 

 but unfortunately the cloud refuses to appear on my laptop.

 

I tried both the links you sent me but I have the same results with the images I sent you

an i'm sorry for thw wrong way sended ....

 

And at the end (after 5 minutes about) I get a message with error code 206.

I tried the solutions for the code 206 but again I had no result ...

(Kaspersky total security  is disabled in the process and the Kaspersky firewall is in a allow state in terms of adobe )

 

I'm a little desperate that I can not use adobe cloud  on my new laptop ....

 

help please....

check your hosts file to see if adobe is listed
