i writed from Turkey
i want to cancell my adobe creative cloud membership, but there is a warning in the adope wepsite ;if you use adobe from Turkey  you can not cancel the membership online, what can i do? my membership user name is Nurgül Yılmaz [personal info removed by Mod] can you cancel my membership for me?  can you contact me this email or my number is [personal info removed by Mod]

In Turkey it is not possible to cancel on your own. I do not know the reason for that, but you need to pass via Customer Care as indicated by https://forums.adobe.com/people/Axel%20Matt

If you can't cancel your membership online you have to contact the Adobe support.
