As you have mentioned that you weren't able to download Adobe Audition, I would request you to check for errors in the log files and troubleshoot it accordingly, information on checking the errors are available here: -Troubleshoot errors using Creative Cloud log files.

You may also try to download it using direct download link: -Download Creative Cloud apps. In case you need further assistance with this please share the error, so that we may appreciate it.
