I can not download my Premier Elements 12 in my account. What is the problem? Have you deleted it?

When I go to MY products page, the very old Photoshop Elements 7 that I bought in 2008 has a download button... I don't need that old product, but Adobe says it is there and I may do a download

Even if you could download legacy Elements 12, it's highly unlikely to install, much less work on modern equipment. Too much has changed in 13 years.

For serial number programs you may download only if you bought direct from Adobe
-Log in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products
--IF a download is available there will be a Download button under the program name

you have to use the same account used to purchase or register (if you purchased or registered from adobe).
