I can not get into my Creative Cloud App

I changed my password several times and still will not let me get into the Creative Cloud App on my desktop.

It says "you've been signed out" "Unable to authenticate your Adobe ID. Sign in again with your Adobe ID and password to continue using Adobe apps."

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

then sign in to your cc desktop app using the same adobe id and password used to verify your account.

if you forgot your id and/or password, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
