i can not install creative cloud

i dowloaded creative cloud installer and i clicked it to installation

but it initialized all night and didn't run anymore

why was it ?

my computer is Mac OSX 10.7.5

Please check the firewall on your computer, if that doesn't help then make sure you have admin rights.

Try another browser in admin mode and click here to download Adobe Creative cloud app: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

If that doesn't help then enable the root used and download the product from there, see how to enable/disable root user.http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528
