I can not install lightroom classic, only 42% is loaded, I already deleted and reinstalled everythin

As a next step, please check the installation logs to determine the error that is preventing the installation from completing.  Information on how to locate and interpret the log files can be found at http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  Please post any specific errors that you have questions about.
